The problem

I bet you could point to the exact moment in the last 12 to 18 months where the same level of effort started paying you back less. You just haven’t said it out loud, because the plan has always been to push harder until it catches up again.

It won’t. Past a certain point on the effort curve, an extra hour doesn’t buy you an extra result. It buys you a worse decision made at 9pm instead of a good one made at 2pm. You’ve probably already made a few of those.

This masterclass lays it all out so you can see what’s happening. You’ll see exactly where your effort stopped bringing a return, what decisions you’ve been making since it did, and what actually replaces effort once effort’s stopped working. Not necessarily a lighter workload. A different option, one you haven’t been using because you didn’t know it existed.

what you'll leave with

You’ll be able to point at the single decision in your business right now that’s costing you the most, and say exactly why you made it.

You’ll be able to tell, in the moment, whether the version of you making a call is the one who built this business or the one who’s been running on fumes since March.

And you’ll walk away with one change to make this week. Not a strategy document. One thing, named specifically, that you do differently by Friday.

who this is for

It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been doing this or what the business is currently making. It doesn’t matter if the last 12 months have been bumpy.

What matters is, you’re still willing to do the work. You’re not looking for someone to hand you the answer while you sit back. You want to know what’s actually true about your business right now, even if it’s uncomfortable, and you’re prepared to act on it.

who this is not for

This isn’t for anyone hoping the fix is passive. If what you actually want is a system that runs without you touching it, a formula you install once and walk away from, or a magic wand that fixes the problem without you changing at all, this training will frustrate you.

That’s not a judgement on you, it’s just not what’s on offer here. Everything in this room assumes you’re ready and willing to change and do the work. It’s just makes sure the work achieves something.

Proven, not theoretical

This is how my clients stopped taking their work home with them, how they were able to go on holidays without their work phones, how they were able to spend quality time with their kids guilt free; and how they achieved that whilst still growing their businesses.

It doesn’t have to be an either/or.

about alex

I burned out in my corporate career. Properly, not the kind you laugh about at drinks. I built this business afterwards, on purpose, as the opposite bet. Not just “leave the job,” but build something where I got to decide what the hours cost me, instead of finding out the hard way again.

Then, I found a whole host of ‘guru’s’ telling me “it will be worth it in the end” and that “success means sacrifice” and I just thought, hell no, I did not give up my 7.30-6 job (because 9-5 is a joke!) to work 24/7.

And then I made the opposite mistake. I kept myself small and prioritised life and living and presumed that it was the sacrifice I was willing to make.

But the workaholic me, the one who is fuelled by getting results and seeing transformation in her clients, she was hard to keep down. So I let her rise… and guess what. I didn’t have to stay small in business so I could have a chill life, and I didn’t have to give up my chill life to get big in business.

That’s the lens I bring into every conversation with a client who’s hit their ceiling. I’m not guessing at what it looks like from the outside. I know exactly what it costs to keep pushing past the point where effort stops paying you back, because I’ve been the person who didn’t stop in time. I built this the way I did so I wouldn’t end up there twice, and in doing so, I discovered that you don’t have to sacrifice success either!
