Instead of a rigid training curriculum, this program is adaptable to the specific needs of the group and business. Whether working with emerging team leaders, or the senior leadership team, this program is designed to enhance the skills of attendees and provide valuable context and perspective.
Program Format:
Run as either 6 group sessions over 6 weeks or 6 months, or an intensive 3 day in-person workshop.
Interactive sessions are combined with integrative practices ensure that participants don’t just attend, take notes, then leave unchanged.

£250 per person, per session.
