From your offers, to your marketing, what you love to do and what fills you with dread, we will find the most efficient and optimised way for you to proceed.
This could involve redistributing work to your freelance support or associates, or looking at old resources you have created, but that are now gathering dust, to work out the best way to utilise them in your business moving forwards.
Typically, a half day will run for 2.5 to 3 hours.
You will also have a month of telegram access to myself following our session to follow up and answer any questions that come up while you implement.
Online strategy intensives take place on zoom & you will receive a dedicated client dashboard with your recordings & transcripts.
In person strategy intensives can take place in any major city in the UK and include lunch.
International meetings can be arranged for a higher cost.
