Unfortunately this is not a magic wand where purchasing is all you need to do to get the results you want.

You’ll need to commit to showing up to the 8 live calls and doing the background implementation work over the 12 weeks.

For you to get the most out of this program you need to be in an Active Leadership role with at least 2-3 team members who are doing on-going work for you.

I’m glad you asked!

I took on my first people-management role in 2013 but it wasn’t until I was managing an international team of 8 people across 3 offices that my management style was questioned.

I was told to be more like my male colleagues; I was “too nice” and people would walk over me.

Yet, when I adapted my style, I was told I was “too bitchy” and I needed to rein it in.

Ultimately, this led to a fascination in management and leadership styles and skills; I have read hundreds of books on the topics, attended countless seminars and invested heavily in my own personal leadership development.

With a balance of theory, and practical application experience, I can help you to add nuance and depth to your Leadership skills whilst maintaining your human connection to your team.
